Learning as a Solution
Learning is a solution to certain types of problems. My goal is to create engaging learning that solves workplace problems. I accomplish this goal by applying what I’ve learned through decades of designing unique learning experiences, curriculum, and instructional content for government, non-profits, and for-profit organizations.
Learner and Client-Centered
My focus is on client and learner needs. You have a problem to solve and your own unique learners to educate, train or develop. That’s where we start. We begin by co-defining the problem you want to solve. Then we look at your learners, and what they need, in order to learn effectively.
Learning is an outcome. Its the result of experience, education, or training. I create training experiences that solve problems and ensure the intended learning takes place, and that it is transferred into your workplace.
